clean room new bathroom excellent service
the room was clean (i always appreciate that!). the bathroom felt quite new. the reception staff offered excellent service.
the gym got quite warm because of the sauna with no windows.

spacious room good soundproofing bus stop accessibility unfriendly check-in absent amenity no water
i thought the rooms were quite spacious. the rooms also had good soundproofing, which i found helpful. i especially liked the accessibility to bus stops near the hotel.
the check-in process felt somewhat unfriendly. i was disappointed to find that basic amenities, such as a coffee machine, were absent. there was also no complimentary water in the room.

wonderful retreat
smooth help excellent hospitality spacious room convenient location
the reception provided very smooth help and service. the staff showed excellent hospitality. i found the room was very spacious and clean. i also liked the hotel was located conveniently near the conference center.
the curtains were broken and let some light in so sleep was disturbed after my overnight travel to get there

the breakfast buffet included a variety of hot and cold options. i saw fresh fruit juices were available. there was also an omelet station with a chef preparing custom orders.

i noticed the hotel is about 20 to 25 minutes drive to the city center. the hotel is also near the conference center , made the location very convenient. public transportation options are available nearby.
